    I subscribed through the App Store...what a joke! I have not been able to download anything! I would like my money back!

    If I could I would rate zero stars! This update corrected nothing! I purchased the subscription one week ago, emailed and messaged you, but still am unable to access even one issue to read. I am only given options to purchase( which I've already done ) or preview. I am extremely frustrated. I have purchased several printed issues and enjoyed them, which is why I wanted a subscription. Digital is my preference. You offer this option but have not delivered the product. Please refund my money as you have failed to provide adequate services to your customers. All reviews have said the same exact thing.

    I just updated my app and now none of my previous purchases are available. I love this magazine but am very frustrated at being unable to restore my purchases. Please fix this!!!

    As bad as the previous release of this app was, at least one had access to their paid subscription. My annual subscription just renewed, yet I cannot access my magazines. Time to request a refund.
  • Will not recognize purchases

    Like the other reviewers mentioned, it will not recognize purchases or subscriptions. Keeps wanting you to buy again!

    I have been wanting this subscription for a long time so that I purchased it and then I am only given the option to buy not download anything I tried reinstalling the app nothings working so therefore I am requesting a refund please fix this issue

    The last APP was horrible, this new one will not recognize my purchases. Extremely frustrating! I'm giving it one star, it let me review the APP!
  • Don't waste your time

    You'll never find your purchases, new update won't let you get past without subscribing to a monthly purchase. I have bought special issues that I now can't get to. Need to warn Facebook cooking friends.
  • Horrible user experience

    Purchased issues are not even remotely easy to access. They are part of a “stack” of all of the issues that you must flip through to find the ones you’ve purchased. And that problem will just compound as more issues are published. I’ve bought several issues and now it’s just too much trouble to try to search for them. (Not to mention that my bookmarks also disappeared.) The previous design of the app was fine and included a sort feature to show purchased issues. The current design is absolutely terrible. I’ve essentially lost the money I’ve put into this app because of their terrible design decisions.
